The Ground Rules for Using ChathubMatch

This is the agreement between you and ChathubMatch. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed — and if any clause is unclear, ask support instead of guessing.

1. Accepting These Terms

Using ChathubMatch means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, the honest answer is simple: do not use the service. These terms cover the whole product — the site, instant matching, 1v1 video chats, free matches and coins.

2. What ChathubMatch Is

ChathubMatch is a browser-based random video chat platform. Press Start and you are paired with one person for a private 1v1 conversation — your first match is free, with no sign-up needed to try.

Features evolve. We may add, change or retire parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — live video depends on your connection, your device and other people being online.

ChathubMatch connects you with other users. It does not verify who they are, vouch for their intentions, or listen in on conversations in real time.

3. Who Can Use It

You may use ChathubMatch only if you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and no previous removal from the platform applies to you. By using the service, you confirm both.

Accounts are personal. Do not share access, sell an account, or let someone underage use yours — where we believe that is happening, the account can be restricted or removed.

4. Playing Fair: Acceptable Use

The plain-language rules live in the Community Guidelines, and they are part of these terms. In summary, do not:

• Harass, threaten or pressure anyone
• Record, screenshot or redistribute another person without permission
• Publish anyone's private information
• Ask users for money, gift cards, crypto, passwords or verification codes
• Impersonate another person or ChathubMatch staff
• Use bots, scrapers or automation against the service
• Try to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use ChathubMatch in any way that breaks the law that applies to you

5. Free Matches, Coins and Payments

New users can try the platform free — the first match is free, and the current free allowance is always shown in the product. That allowance is limited and may change; it is not a promise of unlimited free use.

Beyond it, longer or premium sessions can use coins. Prices and what coins buy are displayed before you confirm anything — that display governs, and figures are deliberately not frozen into this page because they change.

Coins are a licence to use features inside ChathubMatch. They are not currency, not a deposit, not transferable off the platform, and carry no cash value. Except where the law says otherwise, coins are not refundable or exchangeable — including when an account is removed for breaking these terms.

6. What We Do Not Promise

ChathubMatch is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular kind of person will be available to talk to.

We do not vouch for the identity, conduct or intentions of other users. Meeting strangers online carries risk no platform can remove — the habits that shrink it are collected in our Safety Center, and reading it is worth your time.

To the maximum extent the law allows, ChathubMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other users do. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Ending Access

You can stop using ChathubMatch whenever you like — there is nothing to cancel for the free tier.

We may warn, limit, suspend or remove access where these terms or the Community Guidelines are broken, where the law requires it, or where an account puts other users at risk. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms change as the product does. When a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to make it visible, and continuing to use ChathubMatch after an update means accepting the updated terms.
